Our goal is to build foundational equity knowledge across the team and organization: We are working to build a culture of equity within our organization. This takes time, commitment, and a shared effort to learn and grow together. Even though team members may already have many trainings, continuing equity-focused training is important. It helps us deepen our understanding, improve how we work together, and create a more inclusive and respectful environment for everyone we serve and work with.
